Items and Services That Cannot Be Listed on Dubilist

Dubilist supports the listing of many types of goods and services. However, to protect users and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, certain items and services are restricted or strictly forbidden from being advertised on the Platform.

If you are uncertain whether a product or service is allowed, please review the prohibited categories outlined below before creating a listing.

Important Notice

  • The examples listed below are illustrative only and do not represent a complete list of prohibited content.
  • Dubilist reserves the right to remove any listing or content at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it violates our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Users who repeatedly or deliberately attempt to post prohibited listings may face temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
  • No refunds will be issued for listings removed due to policy violations.

Prohibited Items and Services

Listings related to the following categories are not permitted on Dubilist and will be removed:

Illegal, Regulated, or Restricted Activities

  • Gambling-related services, equipment, or machines
  • Requests for donations or charitable contributions
  • Sale or exchange of personal data, databases, or mailing lists
  • VPN services, hacking tools, jailbreaking services, or similar activities

Animals and Wildlife

  • Sale of animals, including listings requesting adoption-related fees (e.g., vaccination, passport, or transport fees)
  • Sale of animal parts or products derived from animals
  • Taxidermy involving real animals
  • Animal breeding services
  • Items made from or containing ivory

Official Documents and Human-Related Listings

  • VISAs or government-issued documents
  • Academic certificates, degrees, or qualifications
  • Human organs, body parts, or remains
  • Listings seeking or offering marriage or personal relationships

Adult, Inappropriate, or Misleading Content

  • Sexually explicit or indecent products or services
  • Massage services of any kind
  • Joke, parody, or non-genuine listings

Health, Food, and Consumables

  • Tobacco products, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, cigars, and shisha
  • Illegal drugs, prescription medication, or controlled substances
  • Medical products or medical services
  • Healing or alternative therapy products/services
  • Fitness or dietary supplements
  • Food and edible items
  • Alcoholic beverages

Financial and Digital Assets

  • Cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies, forex trading, or money exchange services
  • Stocks, shares, or securities (excluding collectible replica certificates)
  • Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, or Ponzi schemes
  • Credit cards, debit cards, or banking instruments

Transport and Access-Related Services

  • Car lift or car-sharing services

Weapons and Dangerous Goods

  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or weapon accessories
  • Hazardous chemicals or dangerous substances

Government & Restricted Property

  • Police, military, or government-issued items such as uniforms, insignia, badges, or accessories (including replicas)

Intellectual Property and Authenticity Issues

  • Counterfeit, fake, or replica goods
  • Selling certificates of authenticity or informational cards without the actual luxury item

Miscellaneous Restrictions

  • Mobile phone numbers or SIM-related listings
  • Salik cards or similar toll-related items
  • Advertisements promoting competitors of Dubilist
  • Reselling products or services in violation of third-party provider terms (e.g., airline miles, telecom services)
  • Spam listings, duplicate ads, or repetitive content

Enforcement

Any listing found to violate these rules may be removed immediately. Continued non-compliance may result in further action, including account suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
